How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Bakerchoice Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Take

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Bakerchoice Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Bakerchoice Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@bakerchoice.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
